An official document presented with an engaging, innovative format contributing to convey a positive message to the public and laying the foundations for subsequent communication by the same institution: with this in mind, the 2008-2012 Accountability Report for U.L.S.S. n7 and the video for the presentation event were developed. Colours, images, infographics, layout and music as a whole contributed to give an emotional touch to the products and were designed with special attention to user-friendliness. The design, creation and post-production processes of both the volume and video were entirely managed by internal staff. The materials produced are particularly effective as they can be easily adapted to future uses and employed on both traditional and new media.
